TOMATO, EGG AND ANCHOVY Montadito by Marta Blay


Ingredients:
· Boiled Egg
· Anchovies
· Ripe tomatoes
· Baguette bread
Preparation:
Toast the bread. Spread the bread with mayonnaise, will keep the bread not moisten. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut the eggs into slices. Garnish with anchovy. Serve cold.
